I would just like to say a big YES THIS to both the original post AND Angie, because I hate when people say they are “so OCD” as a rule (often because OCD is a noun) but people who actually have OCD can do whatever they want to help themselves cope. And I don’t always know! Sometimes I ask. And I never ever expect that it’s my right to know, and so I won’t insist on an answer.
